Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

We take pride in the quality and detail of every piece, but please note that slight variations may occur, as each item is uniquely made.

If your order arrives damaged or you experience an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will review each case individually and do our best to make it right.
